• Coordinating, creating, revising, implementing, and maintaining standard operational procedures, rules and regulations, performance evaluation program (PEP), appendixes, and personnel forms in support of the program;
• Auditing systems, monitoring departments for compliance, advising management, maintaining and improving employee relations, evaluating and surveying effectiveness and efficiency of personnel functions.

The County supports a policy of nondiscrimination with employees and applicants for employment. No part of employment within the county will be influenced in any manner by age, color, religion, sex, race, national origin, veteran status, mental or physical disability, or any other basis prohibited by statute.

We employ full-time, part-time, and temporary employees. New full-time employees must serve a 12 months orientation period of employment before obtaining Civil Service Status.
