Day 1: Slovenia to Croatia Pass - Start Ljubljana to Bled to Rijeka
Day 2: Rijeka to Plitvice National Park
Day 3: Plitvice to Krka Waterfalls to Split
Day 4: Sail Croatia One-Way Navigator or Explorer Cruise* - Start Split, finish Dubrovnik
Day 4 to 11 (7 days): Sail Croatia cruise around the islands and coastal towns of Dalmatia.
